At Offroad Synthetics, we strive to meet or exceed your expectations every time. Unfortunately, that just isn’t always possible, which is why this Returns page is here. Defective or Missing Items:
If you receive a defective item, the wrong item or the wrong quantity, please contact us immediately by phone 716-249-1331 or by email to sales@offroadsynthetics.com. All claims must be made within 5 business days of order delivery.
Returns:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and have your original receipt, invoice or packing slip, we will gladly issue a refund within 30 days of the purchase. A 20% re-stocking fee applies to all item refunds. If any item is returned by choice that originally included free shipping (not a defect or shipping error), there will be an additional returned goods shipping fee of 20% (or actual shipping cost, whichever is less), deducted from the credit. All items must be in new, unused condition and be in the original packaging complete with all parts, hardware and manufacturer documentation to be eligible to receive full credit. All opened items will incur a 20% restocking fee, no exceptions. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization via RMA which must be included with your returned merchandise.
An RMA number can be obtained from Offroad Synthetics by sending an email to sales@offroadsynthetics.com with your name, invoice number, and part number of the item(s) you’re returning.
A refund will only be made if your request for an RMA is obtained within thirty (30) days of receiving the item(s). Any return after thirty days will not be authorized.
Returns must be made within 30 days of the original invoice date, NO EXCEPTIONS.
All returns must be shipped via UPS or FedEx.
If a customer is in receipt of merchandise that was drop-shipped (merchandise from one of Offroad Synthetics distributors shipped directly to the customer), it is the customer’s responsibility to contact Offroad Synthetics regarding the drop-shipped merchandise. We will not be held liable for issuing refunds and/or exchanges on any drop-shipped merchandise that a customer has chosen to return to the distributor. In addition, Offroad Synthetics will not be held liable for any missing or damaged items that the customer has chosen to return to the distributor. Furthermore, if drop-shipped merchandise has been returned to the distributor by the customer, Offroad Synthetics reserves the right to end all further assistance and proceedings regarding the customer’s order.
Offroad Synthetics will NOT accept or authorize returns of the following types of items:
- Electrical Equipment and accessories
- Body Panels or Fiberglass
- Custom made or personalized items like custom length axles or axle shafts
- Special order items not usually stocked, such as wheels, tires or custom built axles or as noted on invoice
- Used items that have been ‘dry-fit’, ‘mocked-up’ or ‘test-fit’ and cannot be re-sold as new items.
- Ring & Pinions or Axles Shafts that have been installed
- Shocks that have been bolted on a vehicle, once installed no returns will accepted
- Oils, grease or other lubricants
All sales are final on open box and clearance items. No refunds or exchanges can be given.
Warranty Items:
All items sold by Offroad Synthetics are subject to original manufacturers warranty, Offroad Synthetics makes no guarantees outside of the original manufacturers warranty. Offroad Synthetics does not offer warranty replacements on defective or broken items. If you have a defective item that is currently under warranty, please contact our support department at 716-249-1331 or drop an email our way to sales@offroadsynthetics.com for assistance. We will do our best to assist you with contacting the products manufacturer. Replacement or refund ultimately lies in the manufacturers discretion.
